Personality Based Hiring
Our personality based hiring approach has proven to give the best results regarding performance. No matter who you select from our group, you will receive a dedicated virtual employee. However, if you pair your virtual employee’s personality trait with the job role, you’ll see the highest level of quality. And by doing so, the individual employee is happier, and you get better results.
Below, we will be discussing personality temperaments that are determined by an individual’s Sensing or iNtuitive Preference, which influences how they see the world. Sensing types tend to be more accepting of things the way they are and react accordingly, either by accepting it (Judging, so SJ) or experiencing it (Perceiving, so SP). On the other hand, iNtuitive types focus on possibilities and the future, which drives their desire for change. As a result, they rely on their decision-making Preferences (Thinking or Feeling, so NT or NF) to determine what needs to be changed and how.
These personality results are a generalized assessment. It’s a good starting point to assign job roles, but people are more complex than just 4 personality traits. With time and interaction, you will learn more about your team members interest and motivations.
